Ever since I won an Honorable Mention award for my very first poem when I was in the 5th grade, I have been in love with poetry.

I love that you can express so much with so few words, and I love that with rhythm and rhyme, you can make any language you speak sound elegant, fluent, and beautiful. Even if you do speak of ugly things.

I want to share a few poems that I’ve written that happen to be my favorite, even though it’s hard to choose with as many as I’ve written.

My Poetry

Window Reflections: Autumn on Gray (Nature – Emotional)

We’re Dif’rent Now (Explicit – Emotional)

The Taste of Falling Rain (Nature – Death)

My Daddy’s Eyes (Family – Emotional)
